Tuition and Financial Aid
TUITION
Our mission is to serve all children, therefore, every family automatically receives tuition assistance. The following chart illustrates how much assistance each family receives.
All Tuition for 2023-24 School Year, payments are made electronically through FACTS Tuition Management. Registration is complete upon online FACTS enrollment by the responsible party.
2023-2024 Schedule of Tuition and Fees
Tuition: $3355 per student per year
Tuition is divided over 11 months ($305 per month) August 2023-June 2024
8th grade parents tuition is July-May
ALL NEW FAMILIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- $50.00 Application fee (non-refundable) new students only
- $40.00 Earthquake Kit (New students only)
- $20.00 Late Fee after the 10th of the month
- $35.00 Fee for returned checks
- $250.00 8th Grade Graduation Fee
- $150.00 Kinder Culmination Fee
Additional payment options
All families shall be expected to make tuition payments according to one of the following payment plans. Payment plan options must be submitted each year at the time of the registration. Options for payment shall include:
- Full Payment Plan
- Semester Plan
- Monthly Plan
- Payment in full
- Pay In-Office
FINANCIAL AID
St Odilia School's Tuition is affordable and every family automatically receives tuition assistance. (See Chart)
All financial aid requests are considered on a case-by-case circumstance. St. Odilia’s School does not turn families away due to financial hardship; current documentation to qualify the hardship must be in order and is described when making an initial meeting with administration. In addition, parents, guardians or other active members in the child’s life must be available to participate in their child’s learning and prepared to engage with them along their path to become young men and women for others.
All families must apply to the Catholic Education Foundation Scholarship program.

DEADLINE: Parents MUST submit for this program by March 1st.
All students are eligible for the need-based Tuition Award Program offered by the Catholic Education Foundation. Each eligible student who applies will receive a scholarship.
Accepted Financial Documentation
